This 90 minute training seminar examines the causes of stress, and how to deal with it. During the interactive presentation we will discuss: -

• The physiology behind stress
• Causes of stress
• How to identify stress in yourself and others
• When does pressure become stress?
• Techniques for avoiding stress
• Techniques for coping with stress
• Relaxation techniques

Who is it for?

This course is for people who are at risk of stress, or those who are currently experiencing stress.

Everything you need is provided. Just turn up and contribute to the discussion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 28 (twenty-eight) days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus the Eventbrite booking fee and a 15% administration charge.

Cancellations made between 14 (fourteen) and 28 (twenty-eight) days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 (fourteen) days before the course start date will be subject to the full cost of the course.
